Continuous improvement is the key to success
Lean Education And Development (LEAD) is one of the UK’s leading training providers. They are a provider of high quality LEAN education and accreditation.
We where approached by LEAD at a time of crisis when things were simply not getting done. We were asked to take over a project to ensure it was delivered in a timely and professional manner. The task was to design and produce a 6 page A4 roll fold corporate brochure and inserts. Not only did we produce this, we saved our client over £750 on print costs and over £200 on the design fees!
Our estimate did raise some questions, mainly based on the huge reduction in price. After outlining the costs and the plan for the project it was clear that our honest approach and pricing structure was accurate and we exceeded LEAD’s expectations.
Continuous Improvement Partnership Manager, Emma Overton, had this to say:
I was getting frustrated at the amount of time it was taking to get things done with an existing supplier. It was a breath of fresh air to speak to Ben Sanson who took the time to listen to our problem and come up with a solution that exceeded all of our expectations. The feedback has been very positive.
Ben grasped things very quickly, understood our business and came up with ideas that will strengthen our brand.
A job well done
When you do a good job it is always nice to receive feedback and it has been very pleasing to hear. Squegg have continued to work with LEAD on various projects including wall graphics for the corporate box at Aviva Premiership side Worcester Warriors.
We look forward to working with them on their future marketing and growth strategy for 2016.
